Describe Display

The 35kV European-style cable branching box is a critical device for 35kV network cable transitions, suitable for altitudes up to 2000m, ambient temperatures from -30℃ to +40℃, and daily average humidity ≤95%. Its enclosure is made of corrosion‑resistant stainless steel with electrostatic spraying, offering high mechanical strength, dustproof, moisture‑proof, and corrosion‑resistant performance. Through wall bushings serve as the busbar connections, and the bi‑directional door design allows compact three‑core cable routing without large‑span crossings, greatly simplifying on‑site wiring and maintenance.

The internal cable connectors meet DIN 47636 standards, rated at 630A with bolt‑fixed terminations for stable conductivity. Featuring a fully sealed and insulated structure without requiring air clearance distances, the live parts use silicone rubber or EPDM prefabricated connectors, ensuring safety and maintenance‑free operation. With flexible multi‑outlet configurations and compatibility with SF6 load break switches, it provides an efficient and reliable branching solution for urban grids, industrial parks, and high‑density distribution applications.

Features

35 kV European‑style Cable Branch Box Shell: Made of stainless steel plate with anti‑corrosion and electrostatic powder coating; features high mechanical strength, dust‑proof, moisture‑proof, corrosion‑resistant, long maintenance‑free service life, and suitability for harsh environments.

Structural Features: Double‑door opening design; uses wall‑through bushings as the busbar connection; offers compact size, clear cable arrangement, and avoids large‑span crossing of three‑core cables.

Electrical Performance: Rated voltage 35 kV; rated current 630 A; dynamic stability current 50 kA/0.3 s; thermal stability current 20 kA/3 s; 1‑minute power‑frequency withstand voltage 80 kV; 15‑minute DC withstand voltage 125 kV; lightning impulse withstand voltage 185 kV.

Protection Level: IP33, suitable for outdoor use with excellent dust and water resistance.

Installation & Maintenance: Compact structure with small footprint; easy to install and operate; maintenance‑free. Fully sealed and fully insulated design requires no clearance distance; all live high‑voltage parts are pre‑molded silicone‑rubber or EPDM cable connectors to ensure personal safety.

Environmental Adaptability: Suitable for extreme conditions such as high temperature, severe cold, flood immersion, and dusty environments; maintains stable operation under adverse conditions.

Configuration Flexibility: Supports up to seven outgoing branches; can form a ring‑network power supply with SF₆ load switches to meet various wiring schemes.

Safety: Switch‑equipped branch boxes use SF₆‑insulated load switches, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
