This 24kV top outlet embedded pole is designed for medium to high-voltage switchgear, particularly suitable for applications with spatial constraints. Its top outlet structure allows seamless connection with upper busbar systems, ensuring simplified installation and enhanced system stability.

 

With a rated current of 1250A and short-circuit breaking current up to 40kA, this product delivers excellent current handling capability. It also features a short-time withstand current of 40kA and a peak withstand current of 100kA, providing outstanding protection during fault conditions.

 

The pole ensures superior insulation performance, including 48kV power frequency withstand voltage, 75kV lightning impulse withstand voltage, and ≤5pC partial discharge, contributing to reliable system insulation. Constructed with high-strength materials and tin/silver-plated conductors, it offers excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.

 

Its precisely engineered contact pressure and rebound force ensure consistent and reliable switch operations. With a mechanical lifespan of 10,000 operations and a storage life of 20 years, this embedded pole is a robust solution for high-voltage switchgear systems.
