Describe Display

After comprehensive type testing, the performance meets the requirements of GB3804 "3-63KV AC high-voltage load switch", GB16926 "High-duty load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances", IEC60265, IEC60420 standards. The product has a "one-in-one-out-one-grounding" three-position arc extinguishing chamber, reliable interlocking, high insulation strength of the break, large creepage distance design, the outlet end is protected by a voltage-equalizing protective cover, and a cable-mounted load switch is installed. The outlet end is equipped with a touchable cable closure, and the inlet and outlet lines are installed with high-voltage cables. It is used in the electric branch (connection) box, and the switch has a special dynamic seal and fixed seal design. The seal is reliable, and a pressure gauge is installed at the star position for monitoring during operation to ensure long-distance safety. It is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear equipped with urban power grids. This product is suitable for three-phase AC 10KV, 50Hz power systems, as industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas, prefabricated substations, used to break and close load currents, fault currents, control and protect lines and distribution transformers.

Environmental conditions for use

◆Ambient air humidity: -15℃~+40℃:

◆Altitude: not more than 1000m;

◆Humidity conditions: the average daily relative humidity does not exceed 95%, the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%, the average daily water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa, the average monthly water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa:

◆The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam or salt mist:

◆Vibration or earthquake from outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible:

◆The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6KV.

◆Special conditions of use: According to the provisions of the national standard GB/T11022-1999 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", the circuit breaker should be operated under normal use conditions. If the working conditions used by the user are different from the normal use conditions, such as: the installation location is at an altitude of more than 1000m, the ambient air humidity exceeds the limit specified in the normal use conditions, or the high humidity is prone to condensation, the user should negotiate with the manufacturer and reach a consensus.
