The TG3‑12KV/155 (125×125) Wall Bushing is engineered for high-current applications in 12 kV systems, with a rated current range of 1250–1600A. It offers a power frequency withstand voltage of 48 kV for 1 minute and a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 85 kV. Constructed with composite insulation of epoxy resin and a copper shielding layer, it ensures excellent electrical performance and enhanced electromagnetic shielding. With IP68-rated protection, it performs reliably even in extreme environments.

 

Designed with a 125×125 mm standard mounting hole spacing, this wall bushing is ideal for electrical wall penetration and shielding in switchgear, ring main units, and compact substations. Its high-temperature tolerance (‑40℃ to +85℃) makes it especially suitable for demanding environments like new energy facilities, petrochemical plants, and mining operations—serving as an essential insulation component in medium-voltage systems.
