The 10kV high-voltage European cable branching box is designed for branching connections of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables, suitable for rated voltages of 12kV/24kV and nominal sections of 25~500mm². This branching box features a bi-directional door design for easy operation and maintenance, without a load switch. It uses insulated sleeves for connecting the busbar, ensuring safety and reliability. The compact structure and clear arrangement of the cables, with no cross-connection of three-core cables, simplify installation and improve electrical performance. Structural Features

 

The design of the cable branching box meets the requirements for safe operation, inspection, maintenance, testing, and operation. The appearance of the cable branching box is aesthetically designed to blend with the surrounding environment, providing a pleasing visual effect. The components inside the box meet their respective technical requirements.

 

Designed for lifetime use, it is resistant to various types of corrosion and aging, ensuring reliable operating conditions for the user. The box has sufficient ventilation and heat insulation facilities, and features reliable sealing, with dust-proof, small animal-proof, and rainwater leakage prevention facilities at the door and window ventilation holes.

 

The shell has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure no damage or deformation during transportation and lifting.

 

The volume is minimized while ensuring safe distances between the internal electrical equipment, resulting in a compact structure that reduces the occupied area. Inside the branching box, there are grounding connection terminals and dedicated grounding conductors. The grounding terminal is a bolt with a diameter of no less than 12mm. All metal brackets inside the branching box are connected to the dedicated conductor, which is a copper strip with a cross-section of no less than 25mm². Doors, partitions, or other components ensure proper grounding connections.

 

The bottom of the cable chamber has adjustable cable fixing clamps and a grounding bar, equipped with a sealing plate.

 

Imported silicone rubber cable joints provide full shielding, full insulation, and full sealing with touch-safe guarantees.
