Describe Display

The CH3‑12KV/270 4000A contact box is molded in one piece from high‑strength epoxy resin, rated for 12 kV voltage and 4000 A current. It withstands short‑time currents of 63 kA for 4 s and peak currents of 160 kA. The IP67 enclosure offers complete dust and water protection, enabling reliable operation in ambient temperatures from –40 ℃ to +40 ℃ and safeguarding critical components against moisture and particulates.

Compatible with a wide range of medium‑ and high‑voltage switchgear, this contact box is ideal for GIS, compact substations, wind/solar collector cabinets, and rail transit applications. Its compact design streamlines installation and cabling, while the modular interface enables quick maintenance swaps. The high‑performance epoxy resin construction not only enhances mechanical strength but also maintains outstanding insulation over the long term, making it the perfect solution for systems demanding high current transmission, superior reliability, and low maintenance costs.
