12kV Center Distance 310mm High Current Pole (New Design)

This 12kV high current embedded pole (new design) is specifically designed for high current and heavy load applications in high-voltage switchgear and power systems. The product offers a rated current of 2500A and can handle short-circuit breaking currents of up to 31.5kA and 40kA, ensuring stable operation under high current conditions.

The embedded pole boasts excellent short-time withstand capabilities, with a short-time withstand current (4 seconds) of up to 40kA, and provides excellent lightning impulse withstand performance, with a peak withstand voltage of 85kV, ensuring stable operation in harsh electrical environments. With a mechanical lifespan of up to 10,000 operations, it is well-suited for high-frequency power operations.

Made from copper or aluminum alloy and treated with tin or silver plating, it offers superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The contact distance and rebound force parameters are finely tuned to ensure reliable switch operation and extended contact life, with a 20-year storage life.
