The JLS-10/3 10KV Cold Shrink Middle Joint is a high-performance cable accessory designed for 10KV power systems. The product has a rated voltage of 10KV and an AC withstand voltage of 81KV, ensuring long-term stable operation in high-voltage environments. Partial discharge testing shows a discharge below 10pC at 30KV, ensuring electrical safety during high-voltage operation. The product also passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test with a value of 72KV, demonstrating its high reliability.
This middle joint utilizes cross-linked cable heat-shrink technology, providing excellent sealing and waterproof performance, suitable for various harsh environments. The terminal head insulation tube is generally 650mm long, and can be extended to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm according to customer requirements, providing flexibility and adaptability. The product adopts a dual-grounding process, separating steel armor ground from copper screen ground, improving cable pre-testing efficiency and rationality. Additionally, oil-impregnated cable indoor and outdoor terminals and middle cable branching points are equipped with oil-sealing finger sleeves, further enhancing safety and reliability.
