The NLS-5.0 10KV Cold Shrink Single-Core Indoor Terminals is a high-performance cable accessory designed for 10KV power systems, providing excellent electrical insulation protection. The rated voltage of this product is 10KV, ensuring safe operation in high voltage environments. The product has passed strict AC withstand voltage tests, withstanding 10KV AC voltage, and during the 5-minute AC withstand voltage test, it can withstand up to 81KV without flashover or breakdown, ensuring its reliability under various operating conditions. Additionally, the product passed partial discharge tests, with less than 10pC discharge at 30KV, enhancing its operational stability. Furthermore, the terminal has successfully passed the DC withstand voltage test, with a 15-minute DC withstand voltage of 72KV, again without flashover or breakdown, significantly increasing the product’s durability and safety.

The insulation tube of the terminal head is typically 650mm in length but can be extended based on customer requirements, with options for lengths of 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm. This cold shrink terminal uses cross-linked cable heat-shrink technology and adopts a dual-grounding process, with separate steel armor grounding and copper screen grounding, making cable testing more convenient and efficient. The design also caters to the needs of oil-impregnated cables, particularly for indoor and outdoor terminations and cable branch points, with oil-sealing finger sleeves and an additional insulation finger sleeve, ensuring both safety and reliability of the product.
