The JLS-10/3 35KV Cold Shrink Mid-Span Joint is a high-voltage cable accessory designed for the 35KV power system, specifically for cable connections and branch sealing and protection. This product offers excellent electrical performance, with a rated voltage of 35KV and an AC withstand voltage of 35KV. It can withstand a 5-minute AC withstand voltage of 81KV, ensuring the reliable operation of power equipment under high-voltage conditions. Partial discharge testing shows a discharge less than 10pC at 15KV, enhancing the safety of the equipment. Additionally, the product passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test, with a withstand voltage of 72KV, ensuring long-term stability and safety of the cable system.
The JLS-10/3 termination uses cross-linked cable heat shrink technology, ensuring excellent sealing and aging resistance, suitable for various complex outdoor environments. The standard insulation tube length is 650mm, but it can be customized to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm based on customer requirements, providing higher flexibility. The dual-grounding process design separates steel armor ground from copper screen ground, improving the pre-testing efficiency and rationality. The oil-impregnated cable terminations and mid-span cable branch points use oil-sealing finger sleeves, effectively preventing oil leakage and ensuring the safety and reliability of the termination.
