The WLS-35/1 35KV Cold Shrink Single-Core Outdoor Termination is a high-voltage cable accessory designed for the 35KV power system, primarily used for cable termination connection, sealing, and protection. This product offers excellent electrical performance with a rated voltage of 35KV and an AC withstand voltage of 35KV, with the ability to withstand 5 minutes of AC withstand voltage up to 110KV, ensuring the safe operation of power equipment under extreme conditions. Partial discharge testing shows that the discharge is less than 10pC at 15KV, greatly enhancing the safety and stability of the equipment. Furthermore, the product passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test with a withstand voltage of 125KV, ensuring long-term stability.
The WLS-35/1 utilizes cross-linked cable heat shrink technology, providing excellent sealing and aging resistance, suitable for various harsh outdoor environments. The standard insulation tube length for the termination is 650mm, but it can be customized to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm according to customer requirements, providing greater flexibility. The dual-grounding process design separates steel armor ground from copper screen ground, improving cable pre-testing efficiency and rationality. The oil-impregnated cable terminations and mid-span cable branch points use oil-sealing finger sleeves to effectively prevent oil leakage, ensuring the product's long-term reliability.
