GN27-40.5 Indoor High-Voltage Disconnecting Switch

GN27-40.5 Indoor High Voltage Disconnector is a new generation product designed to replace legacy equipment. It is suitable for rated voltage 40.5kV, 50Hz AC power systems to make or break circuits under voltage without load conditions. This disconnector can be used in conjunction with high voltage switchgear cabinets or independently, equipped with CS6-2 operating mechanism. Featuring reinforced insulation design, it meets operational requirements for Class II pollution environments.

The design is scientific, rational, and structurally innovative. It features multiple contacts with a rotary contact mechanism, providing excellent self-cleaning capability and enhanced heat dissipation. The contact points operate within two planes, ensuring low operating torque, high pressure resistance, and ease of adjustment. With optimized creepage distance, reinforced insulation capability, and voltage withstand performance that meet the highest requirements, bearings are integrated into the rotating shaft to extend service life and ensure smooth, lightweight operation.

This series adopts vertically rotating blade-type three-phase common base structure. The stationary contact on disconnector side features swinging multi-contact plate design offering advantages of low single-contact pressure, minimized wear, large heat dissipation area, and reduced operating torque. Utilizing long creepage distance pillar insulators and link rod insulators ensures high insulation performance and mechanical strength. Available configurations include flush-mounted type, wall-through type, and versions with grounding blades to meet various requirements. The disconnector can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at inclined angles.
