The disconnecting switch adopts a double-column center-break design with rotating contacts, featuring self-cleaning contact surfaces to enhance contact reliability.
Contact fingers are manufactured from new high-strength, high-conductivity, and high-elasticity materials. The self-elastic clamping force of the contact fingers eliminates issues caused by spring corrosion or thermal annealing (e.g., reduced clamping force, increased contact resistance, and overheating), thereby avoiding operational degradation.
Rotating components are designed for maintenance-free operation. The rotating base is sealed to prevent ingress of moisture, dust, and harmful gases. Bearings are lubricated with molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease, ensuring long-term anti-corrosion performance, grease retention, and consistent operational torque over extended periods. Stainless steel pins paired with oil-free self-lubricating bearings, combined with hot-dip galvanized steel parts, guarantee flexible, lightweight, reliable operation and permanent corrosion resistance.
