Seoul, Korea, February 14, 2025 – Putai Electric concluded a highly successful participation at the 2025 Seoul International Electric Fair & Power Generation Korea (ELECS 2025), held February 12–14 at COEX Halls A & B. Over three days, Booth A23 welcomed more than 200 industry professionals from utilities, EPC contractors, and technology partners—surpassing last year’s attendance and generating record levels of business inquiries.
During the exhibition, Putai Electric showcased its core portfolio of medium-voltage fuses, cutting-edge metal-oxide surge arresters, and a full range of ring-main-unit accessories—including contact boxes, sensors, bushings, and insulators—as well as oil-immersed, dry-type, pole-mounted, pad-mounted, and photovoltaic distribution transformers. Live demonstrations of product installation and maintenance procedures drew continuous interest, with attendees consistently praising the streamlined assembly process and robust performance under rigorous load tests.
A highlight of the show was the debut of Putai Electric’s new epoxy-composite bushing series, featuring a 20% improvement in thermal stability and a 15% increase in dielectric strength compared to previous models. The intelligent surge arresters also received enthusiastic feedback for their rapid-response arc detection and modular design, which enable swift field replacement and reduced environmental impact. Technical seminars led by Putai Electric’s R&D team were fully booked, reflecting strong market demand for advanced insulation solutions.
Putai Electric’s leadership team held over 50 one-to-one meetings with prospective distributors and end-users from China, Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. On-site agreements included letters of intent to supply ring-main-unit accessories worth over USD 2 million to a leading Korean utility, and a strategic framework agreement with a major EPC contractor for joint smart-grid project development.
ELECS 2025 has far exceeded our expectations, said William, International Sales Manager. The strong interest in our new products and the depth of technical dialogue underscore Putai Electric’s position as a leader in insulation and switchgear innovation. We look forward to turning these conversations into lasting partnerships.
Building on this momentum, Putai Electric next heads to the Middle East Energy Exhibition in Dubai this March, where it will unveil further enhancements to its transformer lineup and advanced monitoring systems.
