The OVR-38/800-16 three-phase recloser is an outdoor high-voltage distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 38kV and three-phase AC 50/60Hz. Recloser is used for overhead lines and substations. Like circuit breakers, it can cut off normal and fault currents. It is equipped with sampling sensors and controllers as protection and control devices.
When the line fails, it can quickly protect and trip to avoid longer power outages, up to 4 reclosures. In case of instantaneous faults, fast power transmission is achieved through reclosing. Suitable for substation feed out switches, implementing coordinated actions between reclosers and reclosers, reclosers and sectionalizers. In the event of a line failure, it can automatically disconnect and reclose multiple times, thereby significantly improving power supply reliability.
