The LW35-126 outdoor self-blast high-voltage SF₆ circuit breaker is suitable for AC 50Hz (60Hz), 126kV power systems. It serves as a control and protection device for power systems, and can also be used as an interconnection circuit breaker.

 

The circuit breaker complies with the requirements of GB1984-2003 High-Volotage AC Circyit Breakers , IEC62271-100-2001 High-Volotage AC Circyit Breakers, and Technical Specifications for LW35-126 Self-Blast Circuit Breakers. Using SF₆ gas as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium and adopting the self-blast arc extinguishing principle, the circuit breaker is equipped with a new-type spring operating mechanism. It features strong breaking capacity, low operating power, and high reliability.

Features

The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain-column support structure (outdoor design), with three phases sharing one SRCT36-C spring operating mechanism (arranged centrally, with three-phase linkage), giving it a sleek and sophisticated appearance. Using SF₆ gas as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium, the SF₆ gas paths of the three phases are connected during operation, and a pointer type density relay is used to monitor its pressure and density. Thanks to the adoption of the self-blast arc-extinguishing principle and optimized design of the circuit breaker's motion system, mechanical efficiency is effectively improved, and operating power is minimized

The normal operating environment complies with GB/T11022-1999 Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards, i.e.:a. Ambient temperature: -40°C ~ +40°C;b. Altitude: not exceeding 3000m;c. Wind speed: not greater than 34m/s;d. Daily temperature difference: not greater than 25°C;e. Solar radiation: not greater than 0.1W/cm2;f. Monthly average relative humidity: not greater than 90%;g. Seismic acceleration: horizontal s0.5g, verticals0.38g;h. Ice coating thickness: not greater than 10mm;i. Air pollution degree: not exceeding Class IV in GB5582;j. Installation site: Outdoor.
