The NLS-35/1 35KV Cold Shrink Three-Core Indoor Termination is a cable accessory designed specifically for the 35KV power system, providing safe cable termination, sealing, and protection. This product offers excellent electrical performance, with a rated voltage of 35KV and an AC withstand voltage of 10KV, with the ability to withstand 5 minutes of AC withstand voltage up to 110KV, ensuring the equipment operates reliably under extreme conditions. The partial discharge test shows that the discharge is less than 10pC at 15KV, significantly improving the safety and stability of the equipment. Additionally, the product has passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test, with a withstand voltage of 125KV, ensuring long-term stability.
The product uses cross-linked cable heat shrink technology, providing excellent sealing and aging resistance, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The standard insulation tube length of the termination is 650mm, but it can be customized to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm based on customer requirements, offering greater flexibility. The dual grounding process separates the steel armor ground from the copper screen ground, improving pre-testing efficiency and reducing operational difficulty. The oil-impregnated cable design effectively isolates oil at both indoor and outdoor terminations as well as mid-span cable branches, enhancing safety and reliability.
