The NLS-35/1.1 35KV Cold Shrink Single-Core Indoor Termination is a high-voltage cable accessory designed for 35KV power systems. This product features excellent electrical performance with a rated voltage of 35KV and an AC withstand voltage of 35KV. It can withstand a 5-minute AC withstand voltage of 39KV, ensuring the stable operation of power equipment. Partial discharge testing shows that at 15KV, the discharge is below 10pC, ensuring its safety under high-voltage conditions. The product also passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test with a value of 35KV, demonstrating high reliability and safety.
The NLS-35/1.1 termination uses cross-linked cable heat shrink technology, providing excellent sealing performance and making it suitable for various complex environments. The terminal head is typically 650mm long, and can be extended to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm according to customer requirements, offering flexibility for different applications. The dual-grounding process design separates steel armor ground from copper screen ground, optimizing the cable pre-testing process. Additionally, the oil-impregnated cable indoor and outdoor terminals and middle cable branching points use oil-sealing finger sleeves, further enhancing safety and reliability.
