The WLS-35/1 35KV Cold Shrink Three-Core Outdoor Termination is a high-performance cable accessory designed for 35KV power systems, used for outdoor cable termination and protection. This product offers excellent electrical performance, with a rated voltage of 35KV and an AC withstand voltage of 10KV, capable of withstanding a 5-minute AC withstand voltage of up to 110KV, ensuring stable operation in high-voltage environments. The partial discharge test shows that the discharge is less than 10pC at 15KV, greatly enhancing electrical safety. The product also passed the 15-minute DC withstand voltage test, with a withstand voltage of 125KV, ensuring long-term stability and safety.
The product uses cross-linked cable heat shrink technology, providing excellent sealing and aging resistance, making it suitable for harsh outdoor conditions. The standard insulation tube length of the termination is 650mm, but it can be customized to 800mm, 1000mm, or 1204mm based on customer requirements, offering greater flexibility. The dual grounding process separates the steel armor ground from the copper screen ground, facilitating pre-testing operations. The oil-impregnated cable design effectively isolates oil, with an oil-sealing finger sleeve and an outer insulating finger sleeve, ensuring the product's safety and reliability during long-term use.
